Moni asiakas ja yhteistyökumppani on varmasti huomannut, että Luovan sähköposteissa on pitkin kevättä ollut ongelmia. Meiltä lähetetyt viestit ovat voineet päätyä roskapostikansioon, jos ovat tulleet edes sinne asti. Tästä syystä olemme nyt vaihtamassa verkkopalveluntarjoajaa luotettavampaan, suomalaiseen vaihtoehtoon.

Toimenpiteet koskevat kaikkia luovarecords.com-päätteisiä nettisivuja ja sähköpostiosoitteita. Vaihdos pyritään tekemään niin, että sähköpostiin ja nettisivuille ei tulisi käyttökatkoja. Mikään ei kuitenkaan ole sataprosenttisen varmaa, joten jos et pääse kotisivuillemme tai verkkokauppaan, tai jos sähköpostisi tulee bumerangina takaisin, niin kyse on tästä. Älä hätäänny, vaan yritä myöhemmin uudelleen.

As some customers and business partners have probably noticed, we have had a lot of problems with our email lately. Messages sent from our accounts have ended up in spam folders - if they have been received at all. Because of this, we are in the process of changing to a more reliable, Finnish service provider.

The transition will affect all websites and email accounts under the luovarecords.com domain. We're aiming to go through the transition without causing outages to email services or website connectivity. But nothing is guaranteed, so in case you get an error when trying to visit our website or the webshop, or if you're sending us an email and it gets returned, it's because of this. Don't panic, just try again later.

After this project is done, we will inform you on our summer plans.
